I-97 Business Park lands Keller Williams lease

MILLERSVILLE, MD (November 15, 2017) — Keller Williams Realty, Flagship of Maryland has decided to rent at a recently delivered office building in Anne Arundel County.
Maryland’s affiliate of the nation’s largest real estate franchisee (in terms of agents) signed a lease with St. John Properties Inc. at I-97 Business Park. Keller Williams Realty is leasing 24,000 square feet of office space at the five-story, 126,500-square-foot Class A building at 231 Najoles Road.
“We consider 231 Najoles Road an iconic and landmark office building in Anne Arundel County, with its stature reflecting the high level of standards, professionalism and integrity that match the mission of our agency,” stated Wendy Hess, team leader and CEO for Keller Williams Realty, Flagship of Maryland, said in a statement “The project strikes a commanding presence with classic architectural elements, and its convenient location near several major highways will provide a strategic advantage to our agents as they service clients throughout the multi-county region.”
Keller Williams recently moved into the space that was completed this summer. Roughly 400 agents will work out of the office space in the business park, which consists of 500,000 square feet of space, just off Benfield Boulevard.
