Artisan Frameworks Leases 6,000 Square Feet of Space at St. John Properties’ Timonium Business Center

BALTIMORE (September 1, 2015) – St. John Properties, Inc. has leased 6,000 square feet of space to Artisan Frameworks at Timonium Business Center, a 189,000 square foot multi-tenanted building located at 2125-2240 Greenspring Drive in the Timonium section of Baltimore County. The building is located adjacent to Timonium Race Track, directly off the Timonium Road exit of Interstate 83. Will McCullough of St. John Properties represented the landlord in this transaction.

Artisan Frameworks, which has been in business for nearly twenty years, is an independently-owned boutique that provides handcrafted and specially-prepared custom picture frames for artwork, photographs and documents. This Timonium store represents the second location for the company, which also maintains a frame shop in the Owings Mills area.

Timonium Business Center is an R&D/flex office building featuring 20 foot ceilings, with dock and drive-in loading amenities. More than 120,000 people reside within a five-mile radius of the building, with an average household income exceeding $105,000.
