Once buildings are constructed and individual spaces are leased and fit out for tenants, St. John Properties Management division becomes responsible for managing the buildings. Any questions regarding your tenancy with St. John Properties may be directed to the property manager assigned to your location. Interior Construction Questions

After the design team has finished designing your space, the Interior Construction department assumes responsibility for building it out-including permitting, construction, punch list items, and warranties. Our team is also available to assist you with any future changes to your space that may be needed.
