St. John Properties giving employees bonus after federal tax reform

St. John Properties has been involved in major projects like Greenleigh at Crossroads in the Middle River area.

WINDSOR MILL, Md. (WBFF) – St. John Properties, Inc., a major real estate company, announced it will join the list of companies giving their employees a bonus because of the federal tax reform bill.

The Windsor Mill-based company said it will give employees a one-time cash bonus of $1,500.

“After our review of the anticipated advantages of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, we are pleased to be able to provide a cash reward to all of our hardworking employees,” said Lawrence Maykrantz, president of St. John Properties, in a news release. “We are optimistic about the long-term benefits of this legislation and its positive economic impact on our company and employees.”

St. John Properties, Inc., owns and has developed more than 18.5 million square feet of space in Maryland and other states, according to its news release.

Most recently, the company has been involved in the 1,000-acre, mixed-use Greenleigh at Crossroads development in White Marsh/Middle River.
