St. John Properties Completes Three Leases at Melford in Prince George’s County Totaling Nearly 20,000 Square Feet
BALTIMORE (June 9, 2015) – St. John Properties, Inc. has completed three separate leases totaling nearly 20,000 square feet of space at Melford, a mixed-use business community located in Prince George’s County. The 466-acre project, situated at the intersection of US Route 50 and MD Route 3/301, contains twenty-four buildings comprising nearly one million square feet of office and R&D/flex space. Susan Homberg of St. John Properties represented the landlord in each transaction.
God’s Remnant Assembly signed a lease for 7,500 square feet of space at 4901 Tesla Drive. Separate 6,000 square foot leases at 4801 Tesla Drive were completed with Annapath, with Scott Winbrow of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services representing the tenant, and Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of World Christianity, with Will Stein of Belair Realty representing the tenant.
4801 Tesla Drive is a single-story R&D/flex office building containing 33,120 square feet of space and 4901 Tesla Drive is a single-story R&D/flex office building offering 31,560 square feet of space. Both were constructed with 16-foot ceilings, with dock and drive-in loading amenities.
