St. John Properties Selects Thomas Walsh as Real Estate Investment Analyst

BALTIMORE, MD (November 6, 2020) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has announced the hiring of Thomas Walsh as Real Estate Investment Analyst. He recently graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park.

In his new role with the company, Mr. Walsh will complete financial analysis activities for existing assets in the St. John Properties portfolio, as well as assist in due diligence activities for land acquisition opportunities. This will include producing updated property proformas, assisting in tax assessments activities, valuing the current portfolio of different asset classes, and providing cash flow projections for partnerships and internal evaluation. Mr. Walsh will also obtain current economic and demographic data to assist in market survey reports and interact with research companies and company stakeholders.

Mr. Walsh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a minor in Real Estate Development, from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland at College Park.
