St. John Properties Signs More Than 10,000 Square Feet of New and Expansion Space at Riverside Technology Park

BALTIMORE, MD (March 21, 2014) – St. John Properties, Inc. has leased 10,400 square feet of new and expansion space in four separate transactions at 8420 Gas House Pike, a single-story, 93,360 square foot R&D/flex building contained within Riverside Technology Park in Frederick, Maryland. The 490,000 square foot mixed-use business community is positioned between US 15/Interstate 270 and Interstate 70 on Monocacy Boulevard. Danny Severn of St. John Properties represented the landlord in all four transactions.

Soldierfit, a military-inspired fitness boot camp, expanded by 5430 square feet of space and now leases 15,330 square feet of space. Grand Rental Events, a family-owned company specializing in rentals for special events and occasions, leased 2760 square feet of space. Edward Jones, an international financial services firm, leased 1260 square feet of space. In addition, the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, which is the oldest chamber of commerce in the nation, expanded by 990 square feet and now leases 5040 square feet of space for the headquarters of the local business and networking organization.
