The L & L Company Relocates Frederick Division to 15,000 Square Feet at the Center At Monocacy

FREDERICK, MD (June 1, 2007) – The L & L Company has relocated its Frederick Division
office and showroom to 15,000 square feet of space at 5123 Pegasus Court at The Center @ Monocacy, a
423,000 square foot business community that is developed and owned by St. John Properties, Inc. The project –
one of three underway in the Frederick region by the Baltimore-based real estate developer – is located at the
intersection of Maryland Route 85 and Pegasus Court.

L & L — which operates twelve divisions throughout Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Tennessee,
North Carolina and South Carolina – installs flooring and window products to the residential home building
industry. Headquartered in Manassas, Virginia, the firm was founded in 1964.

The company is utilizing its new space to warehouse products, maintain a showroom for
homebuyers to visit and make flooring and window covering selections for their new house, and as a base of
operations for its Frederick employees. “Frederick is among our most active markets, and this new location
