The project, located just minutes from I-95 and I-695 and only 15 miles from Baltimore City, has immediate access to White Marsh, Perry Hall, Essex, and nearby communities.
Flex/R&D suite sizes from 2,520 to 59,400 sq. ft. with single-story and multi-story class ‘A’ suites of up to 100,000 sq. ft. offer businesses a headquarters-worthy location.
The retail at Greenleigh features a main street-style shopping center consisting of more than 86,000 sq. ft. of retail space, with plans for an additional 35,400 sq. ft., a proposed 75,000 sq. ft. grocery store, pad sites and a 120-room hotel.
